I think I'll use Taurine supplement together with Magnesium to see if my wife, "Midnight Mary" will be able to sleep through the night. She normally goes to bed after 2am in the morning. I need to go to bed at 7:30 pm and wake up pretty early, but I sleep like a baby except for the various pains in my body due to whatever.
