Well formulated questions will be key.

Q. Dr. Lebby, “What remaining, significant technical challenges or hurdles are there, and that must be addressed before mass production can commence?”

Q. Dr Lebby, “Is the data regarding thermal stability, yields, and general reliability of any version of Perkinamine sufficient for the tier 1 customers or their suppliers? Are they requesting or demanding further data before they will agree to production trial of polymer slot or similar product?”

Q. Dr Lebby, “Do you have complete, operational PDKs for both the front end design and production of a micro processor and the back end (dicing, application of EOP with ALD ect.)?” Back end processing is highly specific to EOP and therefore the most important to have information about.

The questions would have to be precise and worded in a way that he is able to answer.

Asking him who the big tier 1 is, or who the agreement is with, or who their customer list is, or something of this nature, he will flatly not answer and say ‘I can not’. Please don’t ask those types of questions. He will not answer them. Period.

If he is unable to answer, he would have to say “I’m not willing to say that at this time”. That would be very indicative of a concern.
