Are you referring to the ASM deck or one after the ASM? PDKS from the "partner/licensee" could have been completed after the presentation of the deck you are talking about. The fact that it mentions receiving modulators back from the foundries and them looking very good doesn't mean much to me as it seems they have been saying that for quite some time it does not specify that they have been coming back on 200mm wafers.

Like I said I could very well be wrong and I'm OK with that... I just find it really odd that they did not announce this partnership with AMF as their second successful commercial partnership. Last year it was one of the most significant and emphasized points... that they had their first partnership. It would seem like a they would also feature this second partnership as significant as now they not only have a licensee but also a foundry.... unless they are one in the same.

They said they wanted to provide more clarity... simply stating that they have a second partner gives no NDA info away but it is clarification that there are 2 in the fold which would mean alot!!

I appreciate all the input but it seems like something that could be easily added to the PR.
