Naked short selling is a real thing. And the change of settlement may prove to be a greater tell. But is it significant enough to screaming about it..over and over...absolutely not.

There should not be any significant fails to deliver beyond a general lag in delivery. I simply do not understand how technology at this time couldn't prevent significant fails to deliver. It just makes no sense...and until that is corrected, the crazies will be active.

Of course, even if it was fixed...they would still sow doubt regarding such.
