The more I look at today's PR the more I think that this is simply announcing the name of the Licensing partner from last year!!!

"Lightwave Logic and AMF have collaborated over the past year to develop the electro optic polymer slot modulators utilizing AMF's standard manufacturing process flow on 200-mm wafers."

Nowhere in the PR does it specifically state that this is different from the initial agreement of a commercial partner. It would be nice to be able to ask Dr Lebby this directly but unfortunately I am unable to attend the ASM. It would be very nice if someone who is attending would be nice enough to bring this question up in any Q&A that takes place. I would very much appreciate it if you did!!
