I believe this scripture verse applies to Zion Oil.
Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin” is a verse from the Bible, Zechariah 4:10. The verse is part of divinely inspired visions meant to encourage the Israelites and assure them that God is in control of the monumental task of temple reconstruction.

The verse means that you should not despise your initial efforts, no matter how small or insignificant they seem. For example, the Bible considers all things to start off small, usually in seed form. It also says that a great oak tree starts off small but becomes great, mighty, and big over time.
