I don't want to throw cold water on this but Missling has said repeatedly that he is focused on maximizing shareholder value and that a partnership will happen after approval. The cash on hand is sufficient enough to get us through the process and CM has shown us that, in this process, he is not focused on what the current share price is today. Instead, he is focused on what it should be after approval. However, he could always change his mind.
