BNO Analysis: So far this year, more than 3.2 million COVID cases have been reported in the U.S., causing 282,382 hospitalizations and 28,936 deaths.

This is the 44th week in a row with more than 400 new COVID deaths in the U.S., or 58,430 deaths during the same period.

This week, only 43% of hospitals in the U.S. submitted COVID data, a sharp decline from 91% last week.
