i have seen DOZENS of great bands- beatles in detroit as a kid, allman bros/greaftfull daed/ doobies/ stones/little feat/starship/toto/leon russel/van moirison/bonnie rait/beach boys//eric clapton/ and dozens more-------------so when i say blue oyster cult made those door sets happen in suchg a genuinely cool way, know I WAS IMPRESSED! I play blues guitar and boogie woogie piano myself. I rarely get impressed. But they (blue oyster cult) rocked that venue, i swear!-----------------------------but in all of my decades of years around serious rock bands at that time, i have to say the allman bros band with duane was the best many hour concert of my life. That seemed like perfect music to me. I might refer you toy the allman bros live album at filmore east. God bless
