Think, I think the manipulation games would become MUCH HARDER if JM would tap the brakes on the ATM tapping's for AT LEAST one full quarter!!!

Strategy101 >>> considering Shorts 100% funded 1st Quarter LWLG Operations, I believe the TIME is right for JM to make a shift in his ongoing STRATEGY of tapping the ATM's each and every quarter, I say this for these reasons

1) JM very likely has already built Cash levels sufficient to fund Operations until Nov-Dec 2025 by which point it is EXTREMELY likely LWLG is beyond their BREAKEVEN point!!

2) Shorts 100% funded 1st Quarter LWLG Operations, the Shorts themselves are always saying they are the "smart money" so Investors should now be following their lead and be BUYING LWLG with both fists!!!

3) Can you imagine what would the PPS do in just ONE QUARTER of JM putting the BRAKES on tapping the ATM's?? Well folks, just look at the analysis (shown below) of what DID HAPPEN in the first quarter of 2024 where Shorts 100% funded LWLG Operations, and this is WHILE the ATM was being tapped by JM to the tune of 1.7 million shares!!!! Now just imagine where the PPS would be today if JM CLOSED THE SPIGOT!!!!!!

4) My strategic recommendation to JM is to CLOSE THE SPIGOT NOW and see what happens, I believe the PPS will rise substantially as I believe the Shorts will CONTINUE to be the ones funding LWLG Operations in the remaining 3 quarters of 2024!!!

My recommendation to JM is to do this immediately!!! If I am wrong which I give a less than 1% likelihood, JM can always turn the ATM tapping back on 3 months from now, and as relevance of my ability to be a Strategic Advisor I submit the following as proof of my achieving Grandmaster in Chess, note that in order to play each of the levels you must first Win at the previous level

SHORTS 100% FUNDED LWLG FIRST QUARTER OPERATIONS!!!!!

If Shorts are supposed to be the "smart money" than Investors better BUY BUY BUY!!!!!

Four institutions have not reported on time so I kept their ownership unchanged. The company sold 1,658,632 shares into the market in the 1st quarter and they were 100% purchased by short sellers. Institutions reduced their ownership by 718,921 and those shares were 100% purchased by short sellers. Individuals reduced their holdings by 96,291 shares and they were 100% purchased by short sellers.

I guess we should thank Pumpkin and Ted for funding the company in the first quarter. It is funny that they claim low information individuals are funding Lebby's salary when, in fact, they did.
