KoP seems to feel as I do, but I have to admit, there's no evidence yet, or KoP would have published his alleged SEC letter(s).
I plan on making another outreach attempt by end of week. See if any disclosure can be made without giving up moves on the Chess Board.
There has been no movement for 3 or more weeks on Monoclonal Antibody Technologies, Inc., nor BGEN, nor ENZC, nor VIRO, nor Adnexus Technology, Inc. There has been some behind-the-scenes activity to be certain, and that has not stopped.
Staying optimistic, but just barely.

I have received my second email from the @SECGov. I believe they are looking into what appears to be criminal and fraud activities happening.
