I'm curious about how they Dice the chips as well. I'm a 'look at it with my own eyes, type of learner'. Best to believe my own eyes and explain it in plain English from there.

I just looked at the weather out there and it looks beautiful. For those that never went to Estes park, Pikes Peak cog railway, Red Rock canyon (Either hike from the bottom up or just drive up there), E bikes through the college and up the mountain in Boulder, Old City Boulder is also cool to just walk around, or the small town of Golden cool to drive through the canyon along the river, tour a gold/silver mine, flatiron rocks hike, the hotel is on golf course so there are unusually packages. All of that stuff is nearby.
