Hi JC, well all along I knew that the address BLEG is currently located at had many other suites within one big plaza building. The main phone number is the same for all the businesses but you can either choose to go through an operator OR use phone options 1, 2, 3... by the name of the business to get transferred. So no surprise there because I have called several times and used both options to speak with Dave O. (the CEO). That is only when you are using their 800 number. I believe it is operated through some property management company for all suites within that plaza. So no issue there. But what is funny is your KGKG is off the same address ...how ironic that is... LOL
The other number (non-800) that I believe is listed in OTC Markets directly takes you to Phillip White who is the compliance officer for BLEG as you may already know. I have spoken to him several times and we have exchanged texts as well on many occasions. He is a very nice person to speak with. So no problem there.
But I am not sure if Phillip White from BLEG and Brandon White from KGKG are both related in any way...that too will be funny if they are and will throw a slight red flag to investigate a bit further.
The thing that concerned me more was when I saw BLEG and KGKG having the same Securities Counsel listed in OTC market i.e. Dolkart Law PC, 100 Pine Street, Suite 1250, San Francisco, CA 94111
But not sure if that was a marketing strategy of Dolkart Law PC to target businesses off the same address to see if anyone is interested in their services since both companies trade on OTC....not sure there.
Anyways, to clear our doubts we can at least raise this question either privately by a phone call to Dave or Phillip or openly asked that question at the live Q&A session during this upcoming Buffalo Chat scheduled for this Sunday. Any suggestion there? Also, will you be joining this chat forum??
But on the other hand, I strongly feel there is probably no false play here as we have an OPEN HOUSE for BLEG Shareholders coming next month at the same address which makes me think that they are not hiding anything from us, otherwise we will (or one of us) will eventually find out upon our visit.
Any thoughts there??
Btw. have you spoken to anyone at BLEG ever? If you haven't, I think you should call them for this concern at least...it will give some level of confidence in who these people are and at the same time clear any red flags about BLEG and KGKG having things in common and why they as they appear in OTCM ??

Thanks for sharing this concern with me...it does open my eyes a bit more, especially when dealing with OTC companies (95% are known to be Scams) haha!!!
