I didn't put everything on Sharp. My point was that the NVSC issuing a decision doesn't end things, Sharp can choose to start the litigation over and try to cancel the shares again.

That's what I meant; if Sharp loses and Calasse gets his shares back, Sharp can choose to continue litigation or accept that he lost and settle.

Obviously both sides can settle now, or Calasse could drop the appeal (which is nonsensical and a silly thing to even mention, in this context), but the entire point I was making was that there won't be a clearcut resolution even if Calasse wins the appeal.

The truth is never popular.
