While shareholders would prefer that they settle the matter completely and avoid additional hearings and delays, they're at the mercy of the courts and/or Sharp (he can settle or continue litigation).

i like how you put everything on Sharp.

Calasse could also drop the appeal (which you intentionally didn't mention - and not that he would do it) and this drama would be all over. So it is not only Sharp that is dragging this out.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
