They are vacuums and they vacuum up the sand on the bottom to find treasure. Apparently based on the stock price they still haven't found any.

I couldn't figure out what they were but they had a sign on the side of the boat and when I looked it up I found out about the treasure hunting.

The boat looked like it had been tied up for a while and was certainly not ship shape.

I didn't get the connection until someone posted about the stock here. Funny as hell.
