Keeping their filings current didn't stop them from doing 6 R/Ss, did it? Wiping out every batch of new shareholders who think the stock is a gem due to the low share structure

The share structure goes low because of the R/Ss. Until Elituv increases the O/S by issuing himself and his cronies shares to make up for them. Management never suffers for their failures. Only shareholders.
