bobby, 100% that if the CEO retired most of the note/loans, the stock price would go up! But does anyone really believe that the family that devised those note/loans for THEIR benefit will trash them? I have said years ago what you are saying, as possibly the rise in stock price for the stock they own, could offset the money they benefit for those note/loans. But I have to believe they would have done that by know, after watching the consistent slide down in the stock price to where it is now.
