As your President and CEO I wanted to bring you up to date on our initial discussions
with representatives from India who have reported that they met with the head of the
National Dairy Development Board in India to introduce SGP+ to them.
The Company is pleased to report the cargo of bagasse harvested in India arrived on
schedule at our facility in Napoleonville, LA in pristine condition. Upon receipt of
instructions from AgriGlow Biotech we will commence the processing of their product in
preparation for shipping back to India for testing. In the interim, AgriGlow is making
arrangements to secure permits required to import the SGP+2.0 into India.
As previously stated we are impressed with the potential for establishing sales of SGP+
2.0 in the sub-continent of India where there is an abundance of bagasse and dairy
cattle. One of the pluses is that this group has access to over 500,000 head of dairy
cattle and is part of a consortium owning 10 sugar refineries. This group would provide
introductions to agricultural markets and dairy markets.
We have also been discussing the possibility of AgriGlow Biotech producing and selling
the SGP+ version of fertilizer/mulch for which it already has customers in Vietnam.
We announced yesterday the commencement of a research project by Southern
University Agricultural and Research Extension Center. (SUAREC). In the press release
we mistakenly omitted the word Extension and the “E” in the abbreviation. The correct
name and abbreviation is now corrected.
I am pleased to also report that a long time shareholder based in Alberta, Canada has
asked to be a distributor for our Oil Remediation product in that oil producing province.
We have reached out to a Customs Clearing house in Toronto, Ontario with a view to
exporting to Canada. The same shareholder has also asked for permission to distribute
the Intact Digest line in Canada based on his personal use and positive results.
