Lightium is easily 2+ years from anything meaningful. HyperLight is a global TFLN leader and all they’re selling right now is gold box, fiber pigtailed modulators because their integrated transmit PICs are not ready.

Across the board all TFLN players are getting snagged up.

Luxtelligence…missing their targets by a long shot and their new goals for 2024 are 65Ghz and 2V.

I could go on with others.

“TFLN and other materials” estimated to be a $2.5 billion annual revenue segment by 2028 according to LightCounting. This excludes InP.

$2.5 billion annually for TFLN, EOP, and BTO.

I’d happily take 10% share in 4 years from now.

If LWLG is at the point where they can reliably and consistently produce the 200G/1V polymer slot modulators entirely at the foundry…EOP has jumped ahead of TFLN. Yes right now there’s a lot more experimenting with TFLN, but I mean in terms of near term mass market penetration.

The announcement of a Tier 1 deal solidifies that as fact. It’s coming.
