See all that info in the proposed transaction? The difference is none of it is in the FKA BioAmber transaction as nobody wanted the shares ever.
Nobody in their right mind would have wanted to take on and have to pay the $100 plus million in debt when they very easily got all of the assets, tech, patents, trademarks trade names and everything of value for $4.34 mil.
