Insults??? Cheering a person on is insulting??? I don't know what you're trying to insinuate by anonymous board, but trust me I would say everything I've posted in person! As far as efficiency and confidentiality goes:
...why was it not needed in this case where shares were cancelled and deleted. Newco took over and share cancellation was included in the liquidation...hmmmm..but with Bioamber shares suspended and a need for efficiency and confidentiality. There's so many examples....
....hmmm....Did bioamber have an agreement? What did it say? This Pwc lead agreement clearly cancelled shares with no further consideration. No need for EFFICIENCY AND CONFIDENTIALITY! But there's a need with Bioamber.....And The NNEEEWWW.....not cancelled....relisted...back royalties....e reorganization...
