It's on the expert market. There isn't a bid/ask published, and the ones iHub shows are very likely the last ones before it was tossed onto the EM (ie - they're not real).

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
