Wouldn’t you expect a very compassionate surgeon to not rest on his laurels for a breakthrough result, and immediately start towards the even more promising combination treatment?

Isn’t that what UCLA Dr Liau and Dr Cloughesy (sp?) do?

One must walk before learning to run!

In no way does that take away from first approval and first approval sets the stage for combo treatments.
