Sharp attempted to steal the Calasse stock - the SEC made him return it - why would Calasse withdraw the lawsuit.

It doesn't matter who wins or loses the results will be the same because Sharp doesn't have a real company lined up for a reverse merger.

If Sharp had a deal in place he would have negotiated a settlement - only an idiot would killed the deal.

But Sharp has a proven track record of incompetence.

Why do you believe Sharp is a great CEO when he has screwed up all 4 shells.

What is his excuse for not getting a deal for SRNW?
