Well Janice, so what you are saying is One city in California couldn't build a 133 story skyscraper for 3 billion dollars like the Central Park Tower on NYCs Billionaires Row to house the homeless.....

No. As I said before, you obviously failed to understand what the discussion was about, which was middle class housing.
