Well Janice, so what you are saying is One city in California couldn't build a 133 story skyscraper for 3 billion dollars like the Central Park Tower on NYCs Billionaires Row to house the homeless.......

Its a perfect example of how dems haven't been trustworthy, they are obviously heartless and would rather spend their money amongst your peers and hand out a few tents instead.....and pocket the entire 24 billion....Which they have no idea where it all ended up. They do know the homelessness has only grown worse....
