Marching toward the 11:20 trade a few shares to move it down a tad and make the folks squirm as it moves towards red (daily) and complain time. This board as a useful tool has jumped the shark. It has gone from they cannot ever do it, no way, to watching them solve the issues, to well sure they can do it, but now we want to know every detail of every conversation, and if they do not discuss those details upon demand, then some will name call and say that they are incompetent. As for how far a negotiation and at what stage we are in with whom, what does the tier1 do etc,,,,, um as we saw over the years it isn't a deal until the ink is dry, and negotiating 101, never reveal your timeline.

I'm from the days when we would pray for this much attention from the industry.

Some of us were wondering why the Lightwave employees were still in town (apparently held over) for an extra 2 days over after the OFC San Frisco meeting, now we see that there were no less than 20 companies that apparently requested an unscheduled impromptu demo on a holiday week (good Friday) after the convention was over. Not only did Lightwave employees not go home but it sounds like a bunch of Tier 1’s and such saw it as important enough to see ASAP. And yes while many on here say that NDA’s do not exist, LOL I’ll bet that not only were NDA’s mandatory but I bet that every demo was “private” by scheduled appointment only and also attended by the various expert employees at Lightwave to get the most bang for the buck I thought that Walter and the across the pond guys did a great job, Lebby answered a lot on things that were on my mind. Funny how many complain and expect others to not only do everything for them but feel that they are entitled to have everything explained to them oh and also hold their hands daily.

Great job Walter, Mike, Atikeman thanks for your effort. It is far more than what others have done.

X, Did anyone think about what would happen if we did a deal with a small-time player and they were taken over?

Who knows whose shares are moving around, they aren't mine, so the price is what it is. They do not need money so?
