I disagree with your statement below if you are stating they need a C suite to get an approval decision on the original MAA.

Additionally... if an inspection hasn't already taken place... and IF one of Sawston is still required (despite the existing MIA) to have one, then the facility may not be ready for that until after any possible deep cleaning maintenance and installation of C suites. — Senti

The original MAA did not contemplate Eden, it contemplated artisan. Artisan was/is ready for final inspection, IMO.

If validation of the maa was at receipt, which I think it was, (because no additions were made to the submission for validation), what happens once an RFI is responded to (about May 9), phase II, aka the last 70 days of the 150 days starts, (and while you may or may not not know this), is that inspections, if they occur, happen during that final 70 days (aka:phase II).

Now think about that last paragraph, how could they have one or more inspections scheduled by May 10 for some time in the next 70 days if they just gave their response a day earlier? They wouldn’t. No regulator moves that fast barring an act of God.

And yet, the 10q drafters wanted you to know that while they were expecting inspection(s) to be scheduled soon, but none had yet been scheduled. This is such a critical observation, imo.

Maybe this message board is simply to throw little bits of misdirection, so retail is always guessing, maybe/maybe not Les likes that too, but it seems to me they (10q drafters) told us exactly where they were at. The very beginning of phase ii. The very beginning of the last 70 days, imo, and as we all know, that 70 days is a target, it could be shorter or longer. IMO.
