Several things I consider: First, would Darcy waste money in legal fees if he thought the money wasn’t there? Second, N-95 is spending money in defense. Why defend when you have nothing to lose? Finally if Darcy has contingency agreements, why would law firms agree if they didn’t think they could get the money?
