Let me give you some guidance: There is nothing wrong with the OTC. There is something wrong if a "company" can't show any revenue on a legal financial statement for 10 consecutive quarters (or ever). That zero revenue, less that a 10 year old generates with his lemonade stand, tends to leave people asking" "Does this 'company' do anything"? That uncertainty will not help a stock's PPS.
