I believe you can read that two ways. The application has to be valid, which was determined roughly a month later, but as long as it is valid, I believe they begin the 150 days of submission. I don't believe the time to make the valid determination matters as long as the filing is determined to be valid. Clearly if it's not valid it will need to be fixed and resubmitted, but ours was found to be valid.

If my interpretation is correct, and the UK meets its goal, we'll know no later than early next week. If it doesn't, either I'm wrong, or the UK didn't meet their goal, I doubt if we'll ever know, but if we do, if I'm wrong, I'll happily admit it. Time will tell.
