Well, if it hits the cent I want it to I won't be coming back from this Asia trip except to renew tenant's lease agreements and will consider myself retired.

Whether that hits or not I don't know. I will say the market is playing in our favor since Roaring Kitty and the others decided to funnel out blue chip back into pennies. So, if they get WV finalized, and the green bond finalized in June it should create enough of a frenzy to hit a dollar. But that's only possible with all of the news timing at once as the "memers" exit their other positions.

With both of those in play CLNV should be able to remove all toxic debt, and if they buy back shares prepump (I'm hoping they do) this would push them into a favorable position to maintain a dollar and potentially get that nasdaq like they wanted.

But none of this works without them doing all the right things. I don't know what they'll do, or the plan, or if the green bond will get finalized. This is a coin flip, but I'm banking on trends and hopefully the CEO and others seeing what happened to all the other companies that fucked around and found out when they did crap tactics when they got offered unicorn money inflation during 2020. Most those companies are now bankrupt and dying (-cough- ALPP -cough-)
