More stupid distractions. Where did I say that it did. You never answered how the BlueGreen subsidiary was created without filing an 8-K??????? How is it they were awarded From July 1, 2023, through October 12, 2023, a total of $461,000 in convertible notes. Plus $174,328 for R&D and there is STILL NO NEXBOARD CERTIFICATION.
