“We have a drug master file with the FDA, and we have been in front of many of the world’s tier 1 regulatory agencies including the European Union Countries including France and Switzerland, in addition to Canada, Japan, Brazil and Thailand. Our product is going to be able to be used around the world. Our big push is to get funding so that we can support the development of Hiltonol with our partners and get commercialized in one therapeutic area.”

What could Oncovir say to those tier 1 regulatory agencies? It definitely would not be something like: we had over 138 trials and until our patent expired last year, we hadn't landed any RA approval on any targets. But we were still so ambitious that our product would be going to be able to be used around the world.

They must have something so extraordinary and self-evident that could convince the tier 1 RAs to consider even the possibility of meetings and the chance of approval.
