Just a note of clarification for those that are unfamiliar with the situation you're pointing out ..... these weren't "buys" on the open market. They were shares Elutiv awarded to himself and others.

And they were done in order to restore their holdings as a result of all the reverse splits done. Shareholders weren't restored of course.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
