The original area that had the first tumor is clean giving the notion that the DCVAX-L vaccine had worked for to some degree in that area.

We fully intend to keep getting the DCVAX-L vaccine post surgery, as this is a new tumor and like the previous area may respond well to focused targeting immediately after surgery to clean it out.

GBM is aggressive, we all know that. She will most likely need more than one vaccine. Her Husband claims they have 22 vaccines left in storage. Most times multiple vaccines are needed. Each one is $25k but Advent is willing to do a deal with them. But you seemed to have left out these important parts of the story.
