It lists about Affluence on Jan 18th

Affluence Corporation Announces Intent to Acquire Contrivian, Inc.

My thoughts are that if a deal was off the table i would think they would take that news off the news webpage.

I think this Contrivian deal is still on going or near completion but we need to wait for more news of up dates from the company.
