Dear Elon,
I saw the PR piece to vote for your pay package so that you get compensation that aligns you with the results of what you have done and to incorporate in Texas!! I don’t know if this Robyn Denholm is kissing your butt, but probably wants to keep her job!! I think the Board should choose an appropriate salary for you based on all your hard work, but there 140,000 other hardworking employees many who have also put their blood, sweat and tears into Tesla and your vision!! I believe your real motivation is to see this world have sustainable energy with the coolest and safest cars!! My father loved you and what you are doing and at around 80 years old he proudly drove his Tesla from Conn. to Florida and back twice without a problem and drove back and forth to Maine. He even ordered FSD a few years ago because he believed in your vision!! I’m sure he would have wanted to see you well compensated, but where my father worked for 30 years they had a profit sharing plan and he worked his ass off!! I don’t know if Tesla has a ‘true’ profit sharing plan, but it’s something that I would like to see the stockholders vote on instead of just your salary!! I also think that in the future, hiring should be done carefully so you don’t have to lay off so many people in the future!! BE NICE ELON!! And as my dad would have said, “Keep up the good work!” My vote or hope is that YOU ask for what you think is a fair salary based on the views of your employees, stockholders and what this country thinks because the whole world is watching your example!! Oh and Steven Sprague with Wave is the guy to talk to about Trusted Computing!! He could enlighten you about how to really secure your businesses!!! He was someone who believed in electric race cars before Tesla even had a car!!
