Given the fact that there has been no product and no customer for many years. It is clear, at least to me, that this has been a ploy heavily used to obfuscate the fact that there is no product or customer. This has been a device that the company has hidden behind its so they have not had to be forthcoming to shareholders with the reality of their situation.
