yes some companies won't need to and some do without the RFI. NWBO apparently needs a phase 2 without and RFI. Or are you saying NWBO lied in their 10Q when they said they are waiting for some inspections? Those inspections ARE in phase 2.

here is a happy thought. NWBO/Advent already received MIA so what are the inspections for.... EDEN?
