Yes, I agree with your spin, Bright Boy! Also, Les was talking in run-on sentences, probably because he was trying to get stuff in before the music overwhelmed him. So it's easy to associate "that" sentence with the one that came directly before it. But I think he knows shareholders want more info about the trial, but they need to wait for a few more approvals (think FDA) so they don't get sued or blamed for pumping the stock or breaking confidentiality laws with RAs. So perhaps he's pointing to FDA approval "later in the fall", after which they can talk more freely.
