Foxconn wasn’t on the customer funnel last fall so the 200G per lane capability must have caught their eye.

If anyone is to acquire SPX in the future, seems like Foxconn would be a likely candidate.

Interesting that POET is supplying engines for 800G+ to other companies all the while building modules themselves. Interesting dynamic competing with themselves.
