Thx Jbog Just to be clear ...and it's none of my business so ignore if necessary ...the cysts were liquid filled ? I thought that was one of the markers of ADPKD

Because there's no easy way to treat the disease we're basically monitoring my Kidney Function through simple blood tests on a semi-annual basis. If I was younger and they found them because of a complaint treatment would be different. As a side note they also found a large (5cm) AAA aneurysm which they operated on right away.
