In reading Peter Piper’s post about how these dates can shift, which is true the signing of documents can indeed be moved around as everyone must get them signed and returned to the lawyers and then the lawyers have to all sign off and complete the process for phase 1 of this deal. But throwing darts at completed time lines and moving those time lines to specific days two, three or four times is again just pure guess work.

But does everyone here know how the process really works. It’s a 2 step process. Step one is the LOI, in most cases a 40 day process. Extended here by the amount of the companies involved. After the LOI are signed and agreed upon we move to the Definitive Agreement and that’s where the teeth of the agreements are put in place. Exact monies exact share structure jobs and management structure and board of director placement. These Definitive agreements are also a long process before signed and we have a completed deal

What we get from a Definitive Agreement announcement is knowledge of who we are dealing with. What they will all do individually and collectively. When they expect all of it to happen and finally a lay out if who is in charge.

We will get answers to all the questions that we have all been asking for so long. Well everyone but Peter, he seems to know everything that is happening already, the rest of us have to wait until Wednesday.

The Definitive Agreements will give us what we can expect. It will give the market a starting point for a new Price per Share and from there the stock will begin to trade at that level till the deal is completed.

Now I am no Peter nor do I play one on TV but I think we see a dime minimum on the information from the Definitive Agreements when they are released. From there it’s anyone’s guess on if we go up or down while we wait. That will depend on if they drop the news blackout for all the companies involved. If they drop the blackouts then it will be very exciting here

Good luck everyone.
