TJ, I recall reading a narrative OneMind was not SEC compliant, or might be. I also recall speculation OneMind was traded publicly over in Europe some where (speculation right? )

Quite some time ago already, how time flys. Anyways that got me questioning if OneMind was publicly traded across the pond for sure or not and also if OneMind was a headache to clear with the SEC on this side of the pond.

Have you got any clear intel on all that?

It seems likely that they are compliant as they do business in 168 countries around the world. That's a high percentage shot if you play tennis at all...
