Yes, and that's what I did first. But then they made it happen with the ones in my inbox. THAT is when I had my little talk with the chat guy.

And then after my chat was over, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire about whether my problem had been resolved. I said NO, and elaborated. And then a few hours later, it seemed to be fixed.

But then it's seemed to be fixed before.
