There is a GOOD REASON why this was no bid most of last year prior to FAKE rumors of filings and PR's emerging!

News tomorrow? FAKE RUMOR!

Merger? FAKE RUMOR!

Acquisition? FAKE RUMOR!

Filings coming? FAKE RUMOR!

Winning part of a $600M lawsuit that they aren't even a part of? FAKE RUMOR!

What is not FAKE? That they were ordered in court to turn all shares of the company and subsidiaries to ASHER due to defaulting on a loan!
