When the ceo is silent for weeks on end especially after a promised date… people will leave and move on. There is no conspiracy about it. Not many people are just blindly staying in an otc penny stock with notorious prior missed dates and EM episodes. People in otc have other lances to go.

You were finally learning something earlier though. The share price will move when there is demand which comes with the company and ST3 actually closing something and announcing either funding or revenue generating plans that are actually happening. Until then interest will dwindle and the sp will drop even without dilution. But make no mistake dilution has happened and it was described but the company as lowering the share price. Derp derp.
