Fair point, forgot that puzzling peculiarity.

They're pretty handy to each other alright. A review seems in order to provide better clarity and focus on the merger enigma.

The difference between a Durham Black partnership with Affluence and an Affluence acquisition of Durham Black is as follows ¹ ² ³ 4 5:

*Partnership:*

- Announced on December 20, 2023
- Aims to execute a two-pronged growth strategy
- Seeks to unlock new markets for OneMind Technologies
- Aims to add increased value through new acquisitions
- No change in leadership or ownership structure

*Acquisition:*

- Announced on January 30, 2024
- Affluence Corporation acquires Durham Black LLC
- Durham Black management to be appointed to leadership roles
- Patrick Shutt to be named CEO and Chairman of the Board
- Mary Stanhope to become COO
- Affluence to gain control over Durham Black's operations and assets

In this Acquisition assessment there are two extremely pivotal words, namely then... "TO BE" or in a more concise presentation "TO". Both future tense and oh so forward looking.

My reasoning for the 4th Digibriks company OS is out of sheer magnitude of the business plan. Also for competitive reasons Digibriks needs to be more robust in it's scope for the desired growth targeted.

The 50 miles apart curiosity, could as easily be 5000 miles apart in the global economy. One Mind NG as a shining example.

We are still stuck with Patrick not stepping up to the podium as CEO conundrum. To me the size of the merger is a dead giveaway. There is an overwhelming likelihood of a logistical snag somewhere. First hunch is a OneMind technological hurdle with a fourth Digibriks acquisition pending. If not then why the not so secret SanFrancisco Contrivian~OneMind project? San Francisco is a long way from Barcelona. Yet all clues point to there was a technological Pow-Wow in San Francisco between OneMind and Contrivian.

Upon ending that secret project it is highly likely Patrick Shutt identified an urgent need for a fourth Digibriks company putting Affluence on the bleeding edge of the steep AI growth curve. This is where I'm at. It's just an observation designed to help other long investors see the sense of the pregnant pause in Patrick Schutt's AI task force called Digibriks.

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
